We accept returns for purchased products within 14 days from the payment.*

All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 1-3days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We ship using Canada Post.
Any items you need to return can be returned in store or sent to Grant a Wish PO Box 1404, Lillooet, BC V0K-1V0, within 14 days of the purchase date. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in new condition in the original packaging or with tags attached.
Once your return is received, and approved for a refund we will send you an email to notify you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at orders@grantawish.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with a picture of the damaged item for a refund.
